Day 1 - MOAB / ARCHES NATIONAL PARK

Our Red Rock experience begins today! Depart Salt Lake City and drive south through Utah’s scenic Wasatch Mountains. Your journey provides incredible views of the San Rafael and Book Cliffs wilderness areas as you travel south. In the afternoon you arrive in Arches National Park. Arches National Park has more natural stone arches than any other place in the world. The unique scenery and serenity will inspire you!
(Lunch)

Day 2 - JETBOAT and JEEP TOUR / CANYONLANDS

Today you will have the adventure of a lifetime. There is no better way to get a feel for the power and beauty of the Colorado River than by cruising through Canyonlands National Park with a guided Jetboat tour. After lunch you board four-wheel drive vehicles and travel up an old Indian Trail, cut into the side of the soaring mesas. Your destination is Island in the Sky. Return to Moab and your hotel after this day long adventure.

DAY 3 - DEAD HORSE POINT / SALT LAKE CITY

This morning you will have an opportunity to see Dead Horse Point which towers 2,000 feet above the Colorado River and overlooks the remote canyons and mesas of Canyonlands National Park. Local legend is that the cowboys who used the plateau as a corral for wild horses forgot a band of horses which perished from thirst. As you head north towards Salt Lake City you follow the western edge of the rugged Tavaputs Plateau which consist mostly of vast wilderness areas and historic ranches. You’ll arrive back in Salt Lake in the late afternoon knowing that you have seen the Real West!
